Underground Sports Desk

THE LEDGER

Franchise files on the major leagues, a daily home run parlay you build yourself, and a salute to the man who made #21 mean something bigger than baseball.

For entertainment only. Nothing on this page is a real sportsbook, real odds, or financial advice — it's a fan-made board for bragging rights. No money changes hands here. If you do bet elsewhere, only ever risk what you can afford to lose.

The Daily Heist

A 1–7 leg home run parlay, built from whoever's hot. Check who's streaking, then load the legs in below.

This board doesn't auto-pull data — pull up today's streaks and top threats yourself, then add them as legs. Keeps this accurate instead of guessing.

Honorary Exhibit

El Magnífico

Roberto Clemente

August 18, 1934 — December 31, 1972 · Carolina, Puerto Rico

The first Latin American player inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame, Clemente spent 18 seasons with the Pittsburgh Pirates, won four batting titles, and collected exactly 3,000 hits in his final career at-bat.

He died on New Year's Eve 1972, aboard a cargo plane carrying relief supplies to earthquake survivors in Nicaragua. MLB's annual humanitarian honor, the Roberto Clemente Award, carries his name to this day — a reminder that what he gave off the field mattered as much as what he did on it.
